Opinions on my girls name ideas please

i'm 36+4 and hopefully having a girl but am really struggling with names, i have two that i think i like but one is very unusual and one is very traditional. I'm genuinely struggling with this so would appreciate some input:

a) Elizabeth - you can do a lot with it but i can't stand Lizzie!
b) River - i think i love it but the suggestion was met with horror at work!

As a late outsider Florence is a remote possibility, it's growing on me a bit...

Second name is Green if that helps.

Eliza is the best nn for Elizabeth IMO

Or just Eliza. Less likely to get a nickname you don't like from that

And I know two people with a Felix. Their girls are natalia, Ophelia and hermione
