Names, in my opinion, only work if you have the nationality/heritage to go with it so I think Francesca, Federica only works for Spanish/Italians etc, Frederika, Frieda for Germans, Scandinavians at a push.

Fenella makes me think of Chorlton and the Wheelies. Oh god, that makes me feel old!
