As I said before, Fernwood is at least one school, also a caravan park and a housing estate. They're all in the Midlands though, so may not impinge on you.

Tessa, Theodore and Toby are good.

I wouldnt go with Fern, esp with that surname.
Also would avoid Tess - isnt it usually short for Theresa? In which case Theresa Wood would be a no no too.

I like Toby and Theo though.

Or Theadora, for a girl. I think Thea is a beautiful name.
