First post! Grin

What do you folks think of Romana Olympia, or Romana Xanthe for a girl? I like the idea of Olympia because we discovered she was a girl whilst the first event of the Olympics was being staged a few miles away. Romana is because we are both keen on Latin and Roman history. Xanthe is a name we just like for the heck of it.

Romana's pretty unimaginative. Sorry. Along the same lines as Latina. Hmm

Roman feminine names (leaving out the more horrendous potential ones):

Aemilia
Antonia
Camilla
Cassia
Claudia/Clodia
Cornelia
Calpurnia
Fulvia
Fabia
Horatia
Julia
Livia
Laurentia
Naevia
Octavia
Petronia
Portia
Tullia

Xanthe's a lovely middle name. So long as you don't mind the meaning 'yellow'.
