Juno and Theo - a no-no for sibling names?

Are Juno and Theo too alike to be sibling names? Three kids in the family so there's another name in the mix. Just wondering if it's doable or not.

What do you think? Thanks :)

Way too alike. Your third would have to be called yo-yo.

ExitStencilist · 30/08/2012 14:34

too many o's.

Agree with Exit and squoosh - too many o's. Not keen on Juno either :(

I think they sound nice together.

It's funny how it works - they only share an o ending yet my friend has three little girls whose names all end in 'ey' and 'y' and no-one comments that it's a problem. They are Molly, Hayley and Audrey.

I could always go for Juniper with nickname Junie but had recently written that one off as too hipster.

thats because a huge number of girls names end in y, so thats a normal sound. Not many names end in o, and if you have one of each it sounds as if you have sought it out.

I do think it's a bit matchy. Sad, because I LOVE both names Sad

Juniper is lovely.

I wouldn't use two names ending with y either. Both my DDs' names end in L and it was a mistake. Wish I hadn't, but didn't think about it when choosing DD2.
