Names for baby girls

No idea what I should call my baby girl, she arrived unexpectedly and not much energy was put into name hunting.

Her nickname is Posy and it could be her real name, but I'm worried that it wouldn't suit a grown woman.

Other names I've toyed with are:

Tilly (as with Posy)
Nina (don't think it suits her)
Lucy (was keen, now not sure!)

She has a half brother, Theodore (Teddy) and my surname starts with W and ends in D, her father's J and N, if that's any help.

Any suggestions?

Posy can be a nn for Josephine if you want to stick with Posy?

Rosie (to make Rosy-Posy), or a less nn version: Rosemary, Rosa, Rosalind?

Lucy is lovely. Polly?

I though it was short for Josephine. I would agree with the Rose names.
I prefer Lucy.

I know an adult Rosemary that has only ever been known as Posy - it suits her and doesn't seem too little girly at all

Lucy for me, Posy as your nn to her.

A friend has a little girl called Jessamy, which I think is a lovely name. Not many of those around!
