Are there any nice nicknames for Paul?

Paul is a great name.
Just don't name any siblings Paula and Pauline like a family in my hometown did.

Paulie?

My BF is called Paul and he hates it with a passion , its so common
Might not be usual for your DS age range but will probably end up sounding old fashioned , old mans name in a few years time .

My brother is called Paul.

I like it. Classic and straightforward. You could go for fancier middle name if you like.

My dh is Paul. His brothers call him Pabba (derived from Pablo)

I call him Paul or a variety of bizarre longer names!
He was called by his last name at school but so are a lot of boys ime and as cherie said. California I love the Paul list :)
