So if you already had a William, what would DS2 be called?

Willliam (called Billy by everyone so far) will be joined by a baby brother in the Autumn.

Family names in the frame are George, Harry, Stanley, Charlie.

Names already snapped up are Thomas, Edward, Andrew, Richard, Arthur.

Any great ideas welcome!

TIA.

We have a William and a Francis :)

mardy tbh thought the same, but a friend said Billy and Harry would work, and was keen to get other views.

LOVE Patrick (had an uncle Paddy) but wasn't sure worked with William.
Like Sam, but not Samuel, and Charlie but not Charles.

Also like Benedict (Ned), Jerome (Jem) and Gregory.

Any other ideas - thanks for all views so far.

I like the sound of William and Oliver - Billy and Ollie

cloggs142 · 29/06/2012 14:00

My ds is called jude william. I think the two go together quite nicely wether its for siblings or as a middle name x

DontmindifIdo · 29/06/2012 14:10

I think of your names I'd go with George - you can't really go with Harry because you don't know that your Billy will stick with Billy and not want to be William or just Will as he gets older. I actually think Prince Harry's real name - Henry, works well with William.

Not really keen on your other names, sorry.

orangepippin · 29/06/2012 14:12

I have William and Henry.

DontmindifIdo · 29/06/2012 14:14

Orangepippin - at the risk of sounding licky, I think you've picked lovely names!

bouncysmiley · 29/06/2012 20:06

Stanley

DukeHumfrey · 29/06/2012 22:12

Thomas.
If that's out - Alexander, James or Peter.

Joseph.... I am totally biased as I have a 4 yr old Joseph and he's fab but it's a nice classic name that goes well with William.
