Middle names for Erin?

We've found out that we are having a little girl and have decided to call her Erin, but I'm still on the fence about a middle name. We're provisionally going with Erin Elizabeth, except I've never particularly liked the name Elizabeth (although admittedly it is starting to grow on me).

We'd quite like her middle name to be a biblical or saint's name (which would include feminine forms of a male name), so our choices are limited in that respect. Our surname is short (single-syllable) and begins with T - I quite liked Erin Andrea but then realised her initials would be EAT which strikes me as not such a good idea.

Does anyone have any suggestions :)

We have an Erin Elisabeth..I think it works really well and flows beautifully. I preferred it with the 's'. It sounds and looks much softer.

If you want biblical i would do Leah, Rebecca, Sarah, Rachel or Maria.
Non-biblical: Maya or Emily.

Sashh -- ah then it would be appropriate! Those acronyms don't worry me :)

Essexmumma -- congratulations on your baby girl! and thank you for the suggestions.

4pinkbabies, do you find that you have to keep saying Elisabeth with an S? I too prefer that spelling but wondered if we would keep needing to explain.

Lannie33, thank you :)

Ha, I think I may have solved my EAT dilemma. Just give her a second middle name so it will be E-A-something-T instead :o
