I am loving the name Thalia (pronouncedTar-lia). what do u all think and how would u spell it? Talia, Tahlia? Will probably be Rose for middle name as its a family name however its such a popular middle name that we might decide to break from tradition so any middle name opinions would be grateful. Thanks x

I love the name Thalia, but the girl I know called it pronounces the 'h' (Th-ah-lee-a) so I would always pronounce it like that. So for Tar-lia I'd spell it Tahlia - Talia to me would be Ta-lee-a. Thalia Rose is pretty.

I think I would automatically go for 'Talia' if I heard it and had to write it down.

I thikit's lively, and would stick with the classic spelling, Thalia.

If I saw Thalia, I would pronounce it Thay-lee-a. For Tar-lee-a, I would spell it Tahlia.

Thalia is beautiful - but please do use the correct spelling no matter how many people say they know of it being mispronounced.

It is lovely and I would spell it Thalia and pronounce it Tah-Li-Ah - the muse of comedic poetry. The Ancient Greeks would not have pronounced the "th" as the English do. Beautiful name.

I know a Talia. It's a lovely name! I think 'Th' could be a bit confusing for some.

I know three, two spelled Thalia and one spelled Talia (and all pronounced Taa-lee-uh). I think it is pretty with both spellings.

Thalia is definitely an ancient Hebrew name, too, Seeker. Look it up.
