Just that really.

DD1 is Eva, Freya is top choice for DD2 (due end of June). But beginning to think they are too similar...

I don't think they're too similar at all. They sound lovely together

TheonlyoneIknow · 01/06/2012 21:15

I don't think it matters. They won't be referred to that often together and if you love the name then just go for it! I have a similar dilemma with Kyle and Cerys but have decided to go for it!!

They work very well together

Agaless · 01/06/2012 21:50

Beautiful names. I know twins called Freya and Eva and it is just lovely and not at all confusing/too similar.

StepOutOfSpring · 02/06/2012 00:12

No, not too similar

Devora · 02/06/2012 00:13

They go very well together.

They are lovely together.

Both lovely. Go for it.

lunamoon · 03/06/2012 10:46

I think they are great names.

Beautiful! Our choice is Eva, if a girl! Boys, we are lost! And if another girl came along i'd love Freya too!!! We have similar tastes! Perhaps you can give me a boy name!!!!!

Trills · 03/06/2012 16:15

In what way are they similar? Because they end in A, and both have an E in them? Confused

buggyRunner · 03/06/2012 16:17

We have an Eva and Isla and always get compliments (next one if a girl will be Freya)

MoonHare · 03/06/2012 16:46

I don't think they're too similar.

I had a similar wobble over the name that's currently top of our shortlist for DC3 if a girl and it's similarity to DD1s name. I posted a thread and everyone who responded said they thought they were fine together and not too similar.

You are, like I was, just over thinking it - put it down to pregnancy hormones and go for the name you love!
