We need your opinions on our shortlist

I've already posted another thread about compromise names and thought I would now put our first shortlist of girl's names out there to see what you all think. I'm sure they'll be plenty more shortlists to come at this rate!

Sally
Lily
Erin

I also like Lois but perhaps not enough to use it. I don't know if the above are of a similar style or not. Any other suggestions welcome.

Like Erin best of those on your list. Followed by Lily, though it's very popular at the moment although this may not bother you with Sally trailing last by a long way. I would say Erin and Lily are similar style but Sally is quite different.

Lily is by far the nicest :)

Sally is awful.
Lily is nice, but very popular.

Lois is worse than Sally.

would be my order of preference but they are very different names imo. I think of Lois as quite grown-up and glam but Sally somehow a bit girlish and silly.

Erin is best, then Lois - Sally is quite a dull name in my generation - and agree with some of the others that Lily is getting very, very popular. Not that that means you can't use it, just it depends if you're happy that your DD might be one of 3 or 4 in her school year.

Erin is my favourite followed by Lois then Lily then Sally.

Erin is the best... Lily is the first or middle name of every other child round here...

Love Sally - on my list, fabulous!
Erin is horrid, so bland and boring.
Lily is sweet, but popular.
Lois is nice, but makes me think of Family Guy
