Elias - like
Rafael - lovely
Lorenzo - lovely, but I'd assume Italian heritage
Lorenzen - never come across it before and don't really take to it
Cassius - OK

Great names! I love Isaiah as a Bible book but I can't picture it as a name nowadays, but I do like Rafael and Cassius although would Cassius get called Cassy for short? Lorenzo is also quite nice but a little too much like Lozenge! I do like the Biblical names like Joshua, Isaac, Benjamin and Jacob and the more I think about Isaiah I do like it - he'd have to be pretty cool to carry it off though I think.

Isn't Rafael usually Raphael? Nice either way.
Isaiah is all a bit Old Testament.
Elias is OK.
Lorenzo is nice.
Lorenzen sounds made up.
Cassius makes me think of either a Roman or Cassius Clay (Mohammad Ali)
