Basically classic girls names derived from masculine names that can be shortened to cute nicknames, like Georgie and Bobbie. Any suggestions?

Um, what would you shorten Nigella to?

Charlotte's a bit common for my liking.

This thread reminds me of DW's longlist for DD - very pukka names, all of them.

Once knew a Victoria and Rachel known as Vic and Ray!!!!!!!!

What's the obsession though with making masculine diminutives of such lovely names?

FootprintsInTheSnow · 19/04/2012 18:47

Um - eeryone is missing the obvious ones!
