Names to go with DD who called Elsie. girl or boy, that's it really, just starting to have a think, hopefully we won't know the sex this time until it is born.

I liked stella but it's gone to a friend.

A friend of a friend has a Elsie and her siblings are Clara and Florence.

As for boy's names - what about Arthur?

Martha
May
Arthur

I those girls names, thnks

I'm scottish and picked Elsie because it is actually a scottish name in it's own right and doesnt have to be a short form of elsbeth or elizabeth

So if I do have a boy then it would probably be a scottish name... I should have metioned that!

all of these are lovely names, thanks! Funny quite a few of them are already gone to friend's babies!
I'll have to start a list from the ones that aren't.

I really like the name Minnie for a girl, it's Scottish..
but I am sure lots of people would say I should be shot for using it and others would find it cute! It might be a bit ironic if the baby turned out to be a very big girl!
