George or Max?

We are having a little boy in a few months and I really love both names. Thoughts please?

George (biased )

george but i am biased as it is my married surname, infact my son was accidentally listed as george george in the hospital

i too like maximillian (max)
i know georges who get called Dode(sounds like doad)

Or 'dorge'

If names help define their character then you have to go for George.
We have a very charismatic 4 year old George in our family, who also named himself "Georgie" as he pointed at his 18mth old self.
He is very handsome and charming, and although I wasn't keen on the name at first, it suits him. Gets my vote any day.
