these name s are first and middle names not names all together.

I'm - unhelpfully - going to say that they're both nice. Darcie wins over Willow, for me.

MothershipG · 19/03/2012 11:09

I love the name Willow but if there is any chance at all that this baby is not going to be Willowy I would reconsider. Wink

I like Darcie personally

squoosh · 19/03/2012 11:16

Willow by a country mile.

Longstocking2 · 19/03/2012 11:29

I like Darcie better myself

FilterCoffee · 19/03/2012 11:42

Willow

smartiesrule · 19/03/2012 11:45

I like Willow Rose

rachel234 · 19/03/2012 11:55

Both lovely!

FondleWithCare · 19/03/2012 12:11

Willow definitely.

catinboots · 19/03/2012 12:15

I love Darcie but prefer it spelt Darcey. Not keen on Bella Rose as a middle name. Sounds a bit like a boat.

How about something more classic like Darcey Elizabeth?

Daya · 19/03/2012 12:16

Willow is much nicer.

I think Darcie will date badly, and is almost a bit common now. If you do go for it i'd spell it Darcy though.

PieMistress · 19/03/2012 12:50

Ditto the Darcy spelling.

MoonHare · 19/03/2012 17:05

We met a lovely Darcy recently (agree with what others have said on the spelling). She was 5 and very friendly and lively. Her name really suited her.

I agree with MothershipG that Willow, although a pretty sounding name, could be hard to carry off when older and perhaps not exactly willowy.......

Daya · 19/03/2012 17:16

I agree that Willow is a bit of a risk if there is much chance she'll be built like a rugby player or short and dumpy. Faye is slightly like that too - Faye = fairy like in my mind.

Still much prefer it to Darcie.

sambrads · 19/03/2012 18:18

thanks ladies all so much for ur opinion im still non the wiser lol.

Maybe I will walk up the road someday and someone will shout out there daughters name and i will totally change my mind and go with that. Name picking is so hard already done it twice and took as much time to decide :(
