Have 3 boys and need a potential girls name - how hard can it be?!!

Already have three ds's - William, Archie and Fred - need a girl's name idea. Boys (oddly) sorted if it is one!

Was thinking along these lines but don't 'love' any of them -

Rosanna/Rosie
Margaux (sp!?!)
Georgina
Isla
Madeline/Maddy

Any other ideas that go with our boys - and don't want C,E, B, W,A or F as first initial please!

Those are all nice. I really like Rosie especially. :)

Susannah? Sadie? Katherine? Harriet called Hattie? Matilda? Honoria?

I am just pulling these out of thin air. :) I'll have proper think later.

Congrats!

Rosanna of your names I think works best with your DSs.

Or Iris, Clara, Eleanor (Nell).

All good - thanks so much for those ideas. Love Thea not sure husband will, but will run it by him. Sis is Harriet and can't do Flora as is an F. Margaret might work if called Maggie although reminds me a bit of the Simpsons! Any more gratefully received!!! x

I LOVE POSY but am not allowed. Such a shame as is so beautiful, but with three big brothers there isn't a lot of chance that she will be sweet and lovely, so perhaps a bit mean?!? Bit like naming a baby who genetically will be short and not so thin, Willow?! I know a Miranda who is shortened to M or Randy which i HATE. Ottilie very pretty, will think about that one and put it forward. Anymore please?????

If you can't spell Margot then please don't use it, as lots of others will get it wrong too!

How about Philippa or Tabatha or Roberta?

Love them all. Also love Anna, Francesca, Lara, Tatiana, Daisy, Sophia.

Cewafwb · 23/03/2012 13:30

Thank you Sleepywombat - we are right - it is a perfectly legitimate spelling - I also know one! You can use either. Blackmail working well on Tatiana but my chances are so slim of it actually happening. Its the only name I absolutely love so far. Think if its a girl, having had three boys I should really be allowed to have my way but we shall see. Thanks for all lovely ideas - keep em coming! x

Margaux is not a valid spelling of the name Margot - it is a place in France known for its wine. You might as well call your child Champagne or Loire or Burgundy. Margot is lovely, however.
