.... call our baby Farah, when our surname is Fawcett??
We both really like it, and its meaning, which is important to us. DH says fewer and fewer people will know who she was, and actually, I don't know anything about her other than she was an actress, once upon a time, and passed away last year (perhaps I should be embarrassed by my ignorance)
So can we call our baby Farah?

My friend went to school with A Michael Jackson and there was a Pamela Anderson at my school!

Seeing that the only famous Farrah that there's ever been is Farrah Fawcett, no, you really, really, really cannot name your poor daughter this.

I'm sure there are lods of Harry Potters, Michael Jacksons, David Camerons about and life must be a pain for them. But their pain would be nothing compared to your daughter's.

There's probably a self help group called People Afflicted with Famous Monikers. Little Farrah Fawcett would be receiving 24hr around the clock treatment at that facility.
