A little brother for Leo - we are stumped!

Our surname is a boring, common English one starting with W. DS is called Leo, which was my great-granddad's name (but has become surprisingly popular lately).

I've got nothing, just nothing.

Help? Please?

I love sausage dogs too.

Dylan is great - and Jake.

Jack was our second choice with DS, we got down to Leo and Jack and decided Jack was too popular (and we didn't want people to think we'd named him after my old dog).

Same with Harry, too many Harrys around here.

DS would probably like Jake, as he's obsessed with Baby Jake at the moment.

My friend has suggested Max, thinking we should go with a 3 letter name again. DH and I both sort of like it but aren't remotely settled.

I like Thomas, but again, so popular.

DH suggested Nicholas today, which I'm not sure about.

DH has said he likes Greek/Roman type names, but I'm not sure as the only thing I can think of when he says that is Constantine!

Keep the names coming please, something is sure to grab me!

I do like Luke, but DH doesn't. We can't have Luke or Owen anyway because of our surname (there's a pretty big hint as to what it is!).

I like Samuel, DH doesn't.

DH likes George, but I'm not as keen, plus our hamster was called George.

I couldn't use Patch as a NN for Patrick because our dog is called Patch!

David is nice, but DH thinks too popular.

Gabriel. Goes well with my Leo. Grin

Personally i don't like max, was so popular in the 1990's so it feels a bit dated.

Ethan
Noah
Joseph - Leo and Joe - looks good when written down as the L & J are the only letters that are different.
Benedict - Ben, Benjy
Lucas
Cameron
Louis

Joel

StetsonsAreCool · 23/02/2012 11:35

The two Leos I know have brothers called Joseph and Toby.

Without wanting to sign you up to a West Wing theme, there are some good names on there:

Toby
Sam
Jed (I know 2 RL Jeds)
Josh
Charlie/Charles
Danny/Daniel
Percy

Stellan · 23/02/2012 11:35

If you go with another 3 letter name now, you will feel under enormous pressure to pick another one for any subsequent children - which might serve to rule out names like Max and Sam and Ben now.

Littlecherublegs · 23/02/2012 11:40

How about - Jake, Toby, Nathan (Nate), Jared, Gabriel, Aidan/Haydn, Issac, Seth, Dominic, Marcus, Joel, Oscar, Ciaran, Ewan, Hugo, Max?

Stellan · 23/02/2012 11:48
