Maya and Amelia aren't too matchy so I would go for it. Maya & Milly are but think it's ok as a nn.

I think they are too matchy - and too cutesy!
I really like the name Maya but not sure I would ever actually go for it as it seems a little whispy / cutesy / girly - which Im not!!
Amelia is ok.

Maya and Milly is a bit twee to be honest, but then I hate Milly/Millie/Molly etc. Awfully babyish to my ear, and ten a penny in most places. I also don't like matching initials for same sex siblings, too much potential for confusion down the line. How about Maya and:
