Can you help me with boys' names I might like?

Here is a list of names I like but most likely for various reasons will not use (names with asterisks I will definitely not use for various personal associations):

Quinn
Bennett
Sawyer
Rohan
Elias*
Noah*
Jude*
Julian*
Seth*
Asher*

Those are the "types" of names I like but I can't find anything I really love. I'm nearly halfway through the pregnancy and can't believe I haven't hit on anything after trawling through dozens of books and sites. Help Sad

(PS The only sort of "requirement" I have for myself is that it be outside the Top 100, and I'm in the US so it's a different list than here)

most of the ones you like and can use sound like surnames to me.

Rohan is quite nice though, lord of the rings n that....

How about...

Keston
Flynn
Harris
Harrison
Clark
Mitchell
Marshall
Bailey
Evan
Foster
Ross

Aaagh! I wrote a beautiful list and the iPad ate it!

I'll try to reconstitute it, still with the caveat that I have no idea what names are currently top 100 in US:

Kenelm, Diggory, Ellis, Gregor, Eden, Sawney, Kingsley, Nathan, Justin?

justwantcheese · 11/02/2012 10:45

PLEASE PLEASE USE SAWYER! I LOVE IT!

EdithWeston · 11/02/2012 10:52

And some more:

Neale, Simeon, Timothy, Ridley, Vincent, Adrian, Royston, Enoch, Emmet, Stafford, Roland, Noam, Hans, Jason?

Fishpond · 11/02/2012 17:21

Ooh I really like Simeon.

And my sister is also rooting for Sawyer - it's top of my idea list at the moment Grin

Although I also like Henry and Hugo (can't use Hugo) and forgot to mention baby's middle name will be Isaiah, so while I do like biblical names I think two might be overkill.

I'm also liking Mitchell.

Silas? Calder?

Fishpond · 11/02/2012 22:03

I do love Silas, but have decided it's too close to Elias, which I can not use for very sad personal reasons. Not a fan of Asa or Calder.

Friend has just named her baby Rafe!

I am loving Saul!! Again though I wonder if 2x OT names are overkill...
