We have a boys name sorted so now we need a girls name.

For numerous reasons (which I wont bore you with), we have the following criteria:

2 syllables
Not begin with a vowel
Not begin with S or L

Any and all suggestions welcome, thank you!! Smile

Our daughter is Betsy and we love it. Not freaky odd, but also not overly common. As a backup we've listed her as Elizabeth on her birth certificate so that if she winds up a 40 year old doctor or something and doesn't want to be cutsie Betsy, she can become Liz, Elizabeth, etc

What's your boy's name so we can have a good guess at your style?

Lots of Mias and Mayas around so wouldn't go for that.

Thanks for all your suggestions, its a big help!

Clara is nice though DH has vetoed it already!
We both like Martha and Georgia though.

Current boys name is Joseph though DH is now debating whether he likes the nn Joe or Joey which he will undoubtedly get called so could be back to square one on that too??!! Difficult decision huh??!!

Keep them coming, thanks!! Smile
