Seriously getting stressed over boys names

Thought we had it sorted as I love the name Travis and it's taken me and my partner months to agree

However, my partner wants the name Rex as the middle name as it was his grandads middle name who was a very influential person in his life

Spot the mistake

T-Rex :-(

So upset as I thought we had finally agreed on a name

I know a Thomas Rex, named deliberately so he could be t Rex. It's a cool nickname.

I think Travis John Rex is fine - nothing wrong with it at all, John is a strong reliable name and if it's got a family connection too then so much the better.

NB as well as T-Rex I also thought of Trex the cooking fat stuff, but that's unlikely to worry a small boy! Also as others have pointed out he's not very often going to be called by his first initial and middle name, unless he actually likes it as a nickname (small boys + dinosaurs = this could happen!)
