Decided on a baby girl's name :)

After long deliberation with my husband we've decided on

Isabel Helen (4 letter one-syllable surname)

we preferred this spelling to Isabelle/Isabella/Isobel - not sure why as i like them all as names. Quite curious as what people think about it as unusual names seem very popular around here and out of 7 babies i know of born recently none has a name that's in the top 100 :)

thank you :) i know it's a popular name, wasn't saying it's not!
but i'm fairly traditional - other names on my list were

in about 3 months but we have been discussing it since ..before we found out i was pregnant! :)

It's a lovely name!

It's popular because it's beautiful (and it really only bulged 2005/6 - 2009/10; it's moving down the lists already).

I love the name, and the spelling you have chosen is my favourite Isabel spelling.
