Girl's name that can be shortened to Minnie

I knew a Minnie when I was young. It was short for Victoria.

Minnie def not short for vagina around here. What about Marina?

I've never heard of a vagina being called Minnie .

Also car and small/petite so if said minnie is minnie they'll get shredded at school but also if they are a well built young lady.

I know kids will be teased what ever, but not many people will call their William "Our little Willie" do they... (mainly because Bill/Billy/Will are "cool" names, I digress)

Minnie is traditionally a nn for Wilhelmina.

It's all Disney to me, so I wouldn't use it personally.

I know a little Mia who's parents shorten it to Minnie, and another Minnie (adult) who is called Ramona.

Minerva and Wilhelmina are the obvious ones but I like Araminta and Carmina too

Can you, hand on heart, promise the op that her daughter will not be going to a school where that's what it means? And if you can't then it's just stupid to encourage anyone to use the name. .Oh and the "kids will always find something to tease about" is stupid too. Of course they will, but they won't have to look far if you send your child to school called vagina, will they?!
