Don't tell anyone, especially relatives till you have you baby and can say happily "this is Hepizbah Sweetiepops isn't she gorgeous" and they'll be much less likely to make comments that will make you cry.
Just my observation 
Feel free to still ask mumsnet as we will give honest feedback eg "I wouldn't call a dog Sweetiepops but Hepzibah is interesting would you shorten it to Zizi" sort of thing.
