I'd go for polysyllabic and not unisex or with a unisex nn (as the surname might tip it into male), and probably not top 20 (as Jack's been heading the boys list for so long it could match in the wrong way).

How about: Felicity, Miranda, Elizabeth, Katharine, Leonie, Penelope, Rosalind, Saskia, Tabitha, Constance?

I've never heard of Jack as a surname before. There are some lovely names suggested on here. I think Edith is right in saying that polysyllabic is the way to go. Miranda and Imogen are particularly lovely.

I have a secret love of aliteration in names (I think it's a marmite thing tho - you either love it or hate it) so here's my twopenneth:

Jessie Jack
Jenifer Jack
Jocelyn Jack
Jeanie Jack
Jaime Jack

OK< that's getting a bit much no, of the others I quite like Olivia Jack and Tabitha Jack ...

Apple Jack - sorry but i really like this name for a girl (its also a name of a my little pony)

I would go with a very girly name like Jessica, Isodora, Isabella or Keira.

Keira Jack is nice.
