Am searching for inspiration for a friend who has just had a surprise boy! Any ideas?

Mostly religious based. How about 'Miracle' as a middle name?

Peleh and Nissan are boys' names which mean miracle! Can't find any which mean surprise.

There are some nice names with a "gift" related meaning, such as Matthias, Jonathan, Solomon, Theodore.

We chose Felix in similar circumstances. It means happy (felicity) and can also mean fate.

Though not religious, we chose one of the 'gift of god' names above, as he really did feel a miracle to us. A gift anyway. :)

Spanish for miracle is "milagro" which doesn't sound too bad- as a middle name?
