Is Victor Lawrence TOO poncey sounding?

What is this negative obsession with 'poncyness' . Surely an elegant, classic underused name is much nicer than a 'chav' name.

Yes would hate a chav name tammy but living in an area where people tend to choose posh names wouldn't want to overdo it IYSWIM
