Help me name my baby

In my hormonal mist and fog, I hate every name suggested to me by everyone!

I am currently 22 weeks pregnant, but i really need to get started on thinking of names. I am quite an impulsive person so only one name will be the one, and I will know straight away and not change.

I like not too common, not too strange names

By the way, it's a boy!

I think we might need more clues about the sort of names you vaguely like! As a shot in the dark, how about:

Marcus, Dominic, Bertram, Arthur, Frederick, Joshua, Jeremy, Colin, Peter, Rupert, Sebastian, Benedict, Aloyisius, Ferdinand, Jerome, Viktor, Nathaniel, Fraser, Karl, Denver, Raphael, Hans, Reginald?

Alexander, Samuel, William, Milo, George, Felix, Oliver

If you are a red head with maybe a bit of Irish in you ..how about ....
Finn
or
Liam
or
Conor
or
Lorcan
As I have four girls, the boys names I love are:
Billy,
Oscar,
Patrick(Paddy),
Gabriel,
Max,
Hugh,
Hugo,
Harry,
Frank,
Kit (Christopher)
Brian,
Cyril,
Ned.
Laurie.

What a good idea to ask others! It depends on the number of syllables in your family (or baby's future name) name and how it scans. Do you have a double barrell name to match it to, for instance.
Very best wishes in your pregnancy and on a choice that works for you.

I hope you will be posting the name chosen!Take care.He might be a Michael or George???

Some really good suggestions actually... They will all be listed and thought about, thank you :)

tummytickler I have no idea what I am looking for, just nothing too common or too unusual.

Poeteats4gals I am a yorkshire lass with brown hair :) but I do like the idea of some irish names, but I don't have the heritage at all, still some lovely names. He is having DPs name as we ar egetting married when he is 5months old

Pilates I like some traditional names, some modern, some unique.

Going to scour through all these suggested name though. Any more anyone??
