I like Charlie too. Would have been dd1 and dd2's name.

Rufus, please make my day.

I had to call DS2 Sam after "baby Sam" off Tommy Zoom, I would have loved a little Rufus or Joe though.

I like Tom , but it wouldnt work with our surname.

I like Charlie, that would be Lucy's choice - lots of foot stamping about it this morning.

I like Harry too

I thought we'd decided on Matthew but I'm not sure it goes with the girls names. I also like Cameron, but not Cammy, and I would have used Iain if the girls had been boys. Gone off that now but not sure why.

Why does it need to 'go' with the girls names? And what exactly do you mean by 'go' with the girls names? Confused

scaevola · 14/10/2011 21:39

Fred!

I'd avoid names ending in the "ee" sound, as three of them might become a bit squeaky (yes, even Charlie - Chas, perhaps, instead). I'd use full forms on BC, but I think a strong monosyllable would have a good cadence following your DD's names:

Wilf, Bert, Sam, Ted, Joe, Jake, Jed, Matt, Beau, Frank, Hal?

LaVitaBellissima · 14/10/2011 21:41

Ooh Spider I was just coming on to say Oscar!

GRW · 14/10/2011 21:43

If you like Iain how about Cian or Kian?

CharlieBoo · 14/10/2011 21:43

I am a Lucy, my daughter is Daisy and my son is called.......Charlie! Good luck. Love Harry too, that goes well. X

AngieWatts · 14/10/2011 21:53

I get what you mean about a name 'going'.

I recently met a trio called Solomon, Ezra and...Johnny!

As the yanks would say....go figure!?

I love George too! I agree to stay away from another 'ee' sound. So definitely no to Charlie.
