Also risen up the charts has been: valentina, violet, ryder and willow.

Less impact have been: sunday, apple, sparrow.

What do we think. Did a celeb influence your choice?

No but i do love hearing the new celeb names....my personal fav were i ever deluded or brave depending on ur mn stance is kate hudsons new son BINGHAM!!!

Oh well, each to their own and all that - though why anyone would want to copy a sleb I can't imagine. None of the DCs names were influenced by anyone.

Who has babies called Valentina and Violet? I'm sad enough to know the others.

Salma Hayek has Valentina Paloma, I can see why that would be popular ...but Maddox and Kingston are quite simply bonkers hideous!

Violet is Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's eldest DD.

Maddox is Angelina J's, and Kingston is Gwen Stefani's.
I like them both but wouldn't use them.

I have always loved the names Violet and Ava, I think these two names may have been trending before a celebrity used them. They are sweet old fashioned names.

Similarly nature names such as Willow have been trending for years - Willow, Summer, Skye...
