Boys names that go with Chinese last name - help!!

Hi

my husband and I are trying to come up with a shortlist of names that goes well with his last name (Ho)...

I am Italian and, altough it would be lovely to give the baby an Italian name, pretty much all of them end in "o" and they just don't sound right next to the last name (Paolo Ho, Marco Ho, Tommaso Ho)

We both really like Maximilian (nn Max) but I worry that kids might make fun of a Max Ho at school. Does it really sound like a pimp's name?

David Ho

Adam Ho

Unfortunately can't think of many Italian names that sound ok, due to most ending in "o". What about Daniele or Davide Ho?

You could go for French or Spanish names to get an approximation?

Antoine Ho
Stephane Ho
Luis/Louis Ho,
Emmanuel Ho
Xavier/Javier Ho
Raphael Ho
Felipe Ho

But you need to consider whether the nicknames go with Ho

Adam Ho is good, as is David Ho.

Adam in Italian is Adamo ie Adam+Ho (I am not considering all the names that work in the same way between EN and IT)... Matt+Ho in italian is "matto" that means "crazy"....we already have a Sebastian, Giovanni and Daniele in our circle...

This is really tricky. I am starting to hope that it is a girl (we don't know the sex of the baby)!! :-P

I know you said not, but I like Marco Ho! Max Ho is a bit of a porn name IMO .
