What shortens to Thea?

I like Thea in it's own right and I'm vaguely considering it subject to the verdict from OH when I see him tonight. I'm fairly sure he'll say he finds it too short, his preference being for 2 or more syllables. I'm not against a longer name if I like it, so what can you think of that I could shorten to Thea?

Ah yes, it is isn't it!
I know how that's happened, it's my accent.

Words that are clearly 2 syllables to you like liar for example (lie-yer) are sometimes more similar to one to one syllable words to me (lyre or laah). So you probably say Thee-ya, whereas I would have to stop and think for that, I would naturally think of a sound more like Fear or Beer. Funnily if you asked me to actually articulate the word, I speak it The-ya like most people, but since I was typing a post, not having a verbal conversation I only thought it rather than spoke it. Sorry about that.

OH'll still want something longer though.

I say Thea like Fear but still 2 syllables.

It's lovely and my first choice if I ever have another baby and its a girl
