Dh and I already have a Harry and a Jane, we're expecting another girl and are struggling for name ideas so any help would be appreciated....I like Anna but dh not too sure and he's rather fond of Ruth, it's nice enough but I think it sounds rather harsh.

Alice (biased)
Lucy
Hannah - nice but maybe not with Harry if you want to avoid the same initial
Laura

Ruth is lovely though

Apologies for any repeats, I have scanned the thread quickly.

Ida, Joyce, Iris, Audrey, Ada, Edith.

Good luck with finding the right one.

Sorry, also meant to say I'm fond of both Anna and Ruth too, prefer Ruth if anything, it's a very strong name.

I love Ruth. How about Nadia, Fern, Hazel, Simone

Sophie
Lucy
Charlotte
Jessica
Emma
Grace
Holly

Okay...after reading this Ruth is definitely growing on me. Now a major contender. Thanks for all your help!

Sophie (but then i have one lol) and even though it is apparently popular, we don't know any others and there are none in her school. I also like Catherine/Kate. Really like Ruth and Laura :)

Ruth is good, I also like Rebecca and Laura but Ruth goes better with your other children.
