I got chatted up once in a strange little bar near Memphis. The bloke was very proud of his twin sons...Eric and Derek. He even gave me a photo!

Sophie and Jessica? Don't get it Sad

manicinsomniac · 06/07/2011 07:29

What's wrong with Alfred (Alfie) and Frederick (Freddie)???

I don't like either but they're not at all strange together are they? Both very common names round here.

William and Ocean - like both but one so normal, one so eccentric seemed strange to me.

Zebediah and Zipporah

Blue (girl) and Summerdaisy

littlemisslozza · 06/07/2011 07:34

I once taught a Nathan who had a little brother called Nathaniel.

littlemisslozza · 06/07/2011 07:35

Did you mean Holly and Jessica as a combination?

Tortoiseonthehalfshell · 06/07/2011 07:38

manicinsomniac · 06/07/2011 07:39

there was a birth announcement in The Independent or The Times recently for twin boys called Henry and Harry.
I read them online, and was almost bellowing at the screen 'it's the same name you fool, why, why, why?'
Maybe they thought it was cute to give their twins the same name Hmm

sophie and jessica were the young girls killed by ian huntley, the same as fred and rose, (west) some names of killers or victims just stay with you i suppose, and put you off the names,

Donna1992 · 06/07/2011 12:04
