Please help with baby girl names

Just to weeks to go and still not sure about names.
Nina- our favourite for a long time but now we not sure
Emilia-lovely but I think it is too popular and too similar to Amelia
Nell/Nelly
Lila (prounance Leela but people will probably prounance it in different ways that's why not sure about this one)

It sounds to me that Nina is the one but you are having a last minute wobble.

Nina Nina - when she pops out you will see that that's her name.

Nina is lovely, really pretty. Not too popular and a classic. Also, not much chance of it being pronounced incorrectly.
