I heard this in a shop, describing an adult male: Reevie.

I actually really liked it, but have never come across it before, not sure if it is a really name or a nick name.

Might have been a nn, if his surname was Reeves.

I knew a man called Ravie (Rav-eeeeeee), which was his real name.

Not sure about reeeeveeee. Sounds like a nickname to me.

Interesting as a diminutive of Rueben, which is another name I love.

I thought it sounded like a cool character in a book.

Probably a nn for the surname Reeves or ReifferSmile

Are you sure it wasn't Rafe or Raffi?

UndiscoveredApprentice · 27/05/2011 19:25

I don't live in an area that would ever have a Rafe and very few Raffi or Ravis.

I am sure she said Reevie.

"I don't live in an area that would ever have a Rafe and very few Raffi or Ravis. "
