Thomas George, any nn Tom, Tommy for short? I like Thomas Oliver too, I just prefer George, I like Finley Oscar but it really is everywhere.

Thomas GeorgeSmile

I prefer Oliver Thomas as Thomas Oliver is a bit of a mouthful if said fast, sounds like one name.

Cattleprod · 20/04/2011 19:21

Finley Oscar, because I hate the name Thomas.

Don't mind Tom or Thom though. Confused

WorzselMummage · 20/04/2011 19:22

Thomas George

I've never liked the name Finley.

Edmundo · 20/04/2011 19:46

Finlay Oscar (don't like it spelt Finley). Thomas is nice too but I just prefer Finlay (Finn).

Finlay Oscar

Thomas George

nometime · 20/04/2011 20:35

Depends on the starting letter of your surname - becareful of initials spelling anything odd eg FO and then G and he will be known as Foggy for life.

We spell it Findlay!

expectingno3 · 20/04/2011 20:48

I've just named my baby Tom but still no middle name - though Oliver is the main contender at the moment, followed by Francis.

LilyBolero · 20/04/2011 20:50

Oh I would go for Oscar George! Just to be tricksy!

3nearly4 · 20/04/2011 20:51

I strongly approve of Finlay Oscar. I have sons with these names! My other two are Noah and Hugo which you may also like. Thomas is nice too.

Thomas Oliver

mamma2boyz · 21/04/2011 14:54

We have a Thomas George...love it...

Bucharest · 21/04/2011 17:21

Thomas Oliver.
Thomas isn't a favourite of mine, but I agree that it is timeless and classy.
Finlay/Finley very trendy and "now"

Whatevs · 21/04/2011 17:37

Oliver is the best name there.

If you are intent on Thomas, then Thomas Oliver.

AnonymousBird · 21/04/2011 17:43

Be wary of initials OP, as F.O. are NOT initials you want, in any shape or form.

What about George Thomas?

if you have T.O. be aware of what your surname initial might make a word of... IYSWIM. ~sorry not being very clear (or typing very well).

WorzselMummage · 21/04/2011 18:56

What's wrong with the initial F O? Confused

cece · 21/04/2011 18:58

Finley Oscar sounds like a call sign, like Oscar Romeo!

I like the sound of Thomas George (but I might be slightly biased Wink)

shrinkingnora · 21/04/2011 19:01

Thomas Joseph?

shrinkingnora · 21/04/2011 19:02

Sorry, that was unhelpful. I like Thomas George. How many syllables in your surname?

Greenwing · 21/04/2011 19:42

Thomas George gets my vote.

F O are the same initials a f* off. I assume that is what AnonymousBird was referring to?

Finley is Scottish and I think it's a bit odd to use it if you're not Scottish or living there?
