Hi

Can anyone suggest a Wesh girls name to go with Aaron (Air-run) please?

We cant have Olwen or Angharad. I like Nia but we live in Yorkshire so DH thinks people here will make fun of it!

Please help.

Frances is the girls' spelling. Francis is a boys' name.

Nia Frances Goodwin would be a lovely name :)

Nia Frances Goodwin is beautiful - really, really lovely.

(I'm temporarily falling for the name Dilys but I think I may be alone here!)

Eira - goes well with Aaron (my fave boy's name btw :)). I think it means snow. Also love Anwen - I wish I was Welsh there are some lovely names.

Delyth (pronounce Del - ith)
Not so keen on Nia - have a cousin who is Nia (pronounced Nee-ah) and she has friend who is Nia (pronounced Nay- ah)
