I have a Mollie. Her middle name is Olivia, but it was almost India - still not quite sure how come it got changed as she was born, lol.

I also like Aurelia.

Cicatrice · 13/04/2011 20:50

Erin

Aurelia is lovely but she will have to spell it out for people all her life.

ThisFeelsWeird · 13/04/2011 20:52

Erin is my favourite, by a mile.

Aurelia sems a bit odd, unless you are of Spanish/Latina origin.

Holly/Molly my least favourite.

lilbod · 13/04/2011 20:54

  1. Holly
  2. Aurelia
  3. Molly
  4. Erin

Aurelia Holly or Holly Aurelia would be very nice :)

LittleCheesyPineappleOne · 13/04/2011 20:57

Holly, ok for December babies otherwise no

Aurelia is a bit too flowery, Molly a bit too parlourmaid.

So, Erin, I think, overall.

YoureaKITTY · 13/04/2011 20:58

I think Holly/Molly are too common (as in popular) for a surname like Smith. LOVE Aurelia.

notanumber · 13/04/2011 20:58

I like Aurelia.

Yes, she probably will have people mistaking it for Amelia and it'll be mispelled a lot. But so what? If you're going to worry about that then loads of gorgeous names are out of the window and you're left with Pamela and Jane.

Aurelia Faye Smith has a nice ring to it.

lilbod · 13/04/2011 20:58

I know what you mean about Aurelia, I LOOOOVVVVVEEEE it! DH not so keen I would also like to shorted it to raylie, or does this sound a bit chavvy? {pregnancy brain is preventing all reasonable thoughts!}

Rayleigh is a place in Essex.

littletrain · 13/04/2011 21:01

Love Holly like Molly don't like others.

lilbod · 13/04/2011 21:06

Raylie would probably get shortened further to Ray Hmm

I have an Erin and her middle name is Juliana

lilbod · 13/04/2011 21:30

Juliana is really pretty, as is Julia which I really like.
DH really likes Erin, I'm ok with it but it's a second because I love Aurelia we just can't agree

notanumber · 13/04/2011 21:32

So if you want Raylie, are you pronouncing it Or-Ay-Lee-Ah then? Rather than Or-Ree-Lee-Ah?

EllieG · 13/04/2011 21:35

Molly! My DD is called Molly and it's great, not common or parlourmaid, just lovely. Aurelia is beautiful too though, very unusual and pretty.

MelinaM · 13/04/2011 22:38

Love, love, love AureliaSmile Aurelia Faye is just lovely! Holly and Molly are a bit blah!

No to Raylie (Rayleigh) as it is indeed the name of an chavy Essex town, don't even go there!

Aurelia Charlotte Smith
Aurelia Elizabeth Smith
Aurelia Rose Smith
Aurelia Scarlett Smith

brightcopperkettles · 14/04/2011 02:51

I like Erin best from your list - if it wasn't my sisters' name I would use it (DH is against any family names being used!).

Emelene · 14/04/2011 09:33

I'm a Holly and I was born in the summer. ;)
I love being Holly so that's my vote!
Not so keen on Aurelia though, and doesn't Molly mean bitterness? :S

oohlaalaa · 14/04/2011 09:35

Aurelia - love, we have this name on our family tree.
Erin - love
Holly - love
Molly - love

Not much help, but you have great taste.

lilbod · 14/04/2011 12:13

Thanks Grin
Yes Aurelia pronounce Or-ray-lee-ah but I like Or-ree-lee-ah too, too much choice, I love Aurelia Rose
