Any ideas for girl's names that go with Nina and Isla? My brother and his wife are expecting their third child - a DD3 - and need help to choose a name. I love both names.

Liking all of these, particularly Clara and Phoebe. My brother has suggested Clea but sis in law and I not sure if this is a real name.

Are Nina and Isla the siblings or are they looking for a second name to go with one of them?

Yes Clea is a real name. It's Greek and was originally derived from Cleopatra.

How about Lucy, Megan, Georgia, Corinne, Serena?

Connie?

Clea is one of the books of Laurence Durrell's Alexandria Quartet. It would have been on my list except it wouldn't work with surname.

Thea
Lara
Meryl

I'd break the pattern and go with a different ending.
Cleo or Dido
or ban Ns, Ls and the eye sound to keep it sounding different
eg Sophie, Cosette, Zara, Téa, Béa, Aimée
