been reading through old threads and most people like the name. Do any of you actually know anyone with the name?! Or is it a name that people like but don't actually use?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Dulcie - Sounds like she'll be a frightfully middle-class drip who wears tea dresses. Dislike.

Love it.
DH vetoed for DD so we went with Darcy instead.
I would have used CeCe as a nickname

i know a great woman called Dulce (pronounced as Dulcie), she is from Mexico... it is a nice name, the problem is that English people have difficulty pronoucing it correctly (you get Doo-l-see, Doh-l-seh, Doo-l-cheh, etc)....

My Dh's nan is called Dulcie. I hate it. Oh actually my mil is called Dulcie too but calls herself Anne instead! Never heard of any children with that name, but then again a few years ago I'd never heard of any little Beatrices, Elsie or Sylvies and now you can't move for them!
