Thinking of a name for hypothetical future daughter...

Middle name - Robyn

Surname starts with O and end sounds like 'in'

For various reasons it can't start with... S, O, R, H - In fact it can't have the 'r' sound within it.

And it needs to be 6 letters long! :)

Would also like nice nn poptentials!

My favourite is Phoebe, but vetoed by DH!

Thanks all :)

Why 6 letters long?

blueberrymoon · 13/03/2011 10:27

I like Margot but it doesn't go with surname.
I like Lilian and love Imogen, but worried about all 3 names ending in the 'en' sound.
Quite like Jemima... Thanks!

Wow what a list!

I like Amelia/Emilia but have a close friend with daughter Amelie - too similar?!

Like Autumn, but no nice nicknames that I can think of!

Like Dulcie because of a book I read recently, and like the meaning, but nn 'Dull'?

Like Louisa, but close friend Louise!

And like the sound of Willow, but again doesn't go with surname! Grrr.
