Ok, I think I am finally getting somewhere with names... Please can you tell me what you think of the following ones:

Leo
James (Jamie)
Finn
Jude

Jude - love it
Finn - like it but v trendy
Leo - like it
James - too dull for me, sorry

Leo - quite nice, especially if nickname for something longer
James (Jamie) - like James, Jamie is OK
Finn - don't like, sorry
Jude - like

In order of preference:

James (Jamie)
Finn
Leo

Don't like Jude - too like Judas. Also sounds like Jewish girl's name Judith.

You cannot go wrong with James: timeless, classless, never in or out of fashion.

I think James (Jamie) is lovely, and also like Jude - it's hard to go wrong with the major saints' names!

Finn and Leo are OK, but not names I like.

Don't like Jamie but like James, not keen on Finn - not least because I know 5 variations of boys with that name and I don't know that many babies!

I know newborns with all of these names. 3 newborn Finns actually (though 1 is Finlay, one Finley and the other just Finn) and several Judes (2 female). A friend had a Leo just yesterday.

So they're all pretty 'now' I think. Don't dislike any of them.

James -- a bit meh
Finn -- very popular and 'now'
Jude -- love

I love Leo and Jude, and like James very much.

I can't stand Finn, sorry.

Jude is a bit celeby and trendy. Leo is OK but is too much like Lee to me. James is meh.
Finn is Fabulous.

I have a Jayme Finn so am biased...............

James - like but not the nn Jamie
Finn - OK but there are loads around here
Jude - girl's name

I like Jude and James.

James (Jamie) a bit too common for my liking
Finn - very cute, one of my faves
Jude - nice, a bit hippy-ish sounding

James - ok, but I don't like Jamie.
Finn - so bored of this now.

Finn - Horrible
Jude - Gender neutral but nice.

Leo - like it, it's a 'cute' name
James/Jamie - don't like it at all, sorry

Jude - again, no - it's better than James/Jamie though :o)

All of them are lovely.

Finn is my favourite. Followed by Leo, then Jude then James (I know a few horrible ones so it puts me off).
