Not keen on DH's taste in boys' names

Hi, my partner and I have completely different taste in names. If I had my way, our little one would be a Noah but DH says absolutely not. His suggestions were Mark, David, or John, which I just don't like. The only names we can agree on at the moment are James and Edward, but we also like old-fashioned names such as Arthur (though that's become a bit too trendy now and we wouldn't chose that as we have friends with an Arthur). Any suggestions for classic names along similar lines?

Noah is at least as trendy as Arthur.

William (could be a bumper year for Williams though)
Michael (I love this)
Robert
Stephen (definitely not trendy)
Paul (same)

What's wrong with Mark?

I like James the best.

I have to say I LOVE John and David.

How about Peter, Graham, Albert, George, Gregory, Simon?

David dropped out of the top 50 recently. For such a classic name it's not popular.
