What do we think of the name Maddock for a boy??

Seriously - Spartacus is the middle name of one of DS1s classmates :o

There's some other interesting ones, but don't really want this post to be searchable!

I haven't chosen any of those btw, I have cornish names for my cornish children. I just kind of think that with all the celebrity Apple/Shiloh/Sparrow nonsense it filters through.

You're right of course Berry but IMHO no need to give them a head start so the name calling starts young

& I suspect you might live near me, as thats my experience of kids names too, though it doesn't seem to lead to any p' taking as its so common around here, my DD also has a more unusual 1, but not 1 that can be shortened or rhymed etc to make anything worth taking the P' out of, but 1 of her friends has quite an ordinary one, & he is ribbed relentlessly for what it rhymes with
