. . . does anyone else find it odd that the same, relatively few names, are always in the top 10??
Why are Oliver and Jack, Olivia and Sophie so goddam popular do you think? I mean they are nice enough but consistant Top 10?
I find it really odd there isn't much more variation in this area

I think a lot of people, esp in the UK, who don't want to 'stand out' and be different. I too think we should encourage more name diversity.

We were invited to a party last weekend and every other guy was either Steve or Andy - I struggled to keep track of their names Smile.
