Do you ever think that your DC's names don't go together?

Has anyone thought that their name choices now don't go together for whatever reason e.g. a trendy, current name for DC1 and classic, timeless name for 2nd DC?

Just wondering!

I don't think it matters if the names are different in style - is more the balance when they are said together. I think it sounds nicer when the endings are different i.e both don't end with an ee sound.

Doesnt matter one iota. There are eight years between myself and my younger brother, and our names dont go together. Me and my older brother (two year difference go together, but not younger brother).

Mum and dad chose Welsh names for me and my older brother, but for my younger brother they went for an old fashioned English name (Edmund - everyones always called him Ted).
